Summary:

Formerly an RAF base, Upper Rissington is in the heart of the Cotswolds in an area of outstanding natural beauty. IDP master-planned the village extension commissioned as part of a joint venture between Linden and Bovis Homes.

The site comprises 368 residential dwellings. Part of the development involves refurbishment of the existing buildings, including the old Officers’ Mess building. The venture includes a business park, new village convenience store, nursery, gym, public house, primary school, community hall and a healthcare facility.

The site sits within 22 hectares of public open space in which a number of children’s play areas and formal sports playing fields have been situated.
