Summary:
IDP have been appointed by Triumph to deliver concept design and planning permission for the new Triumph commercial identity across the U.K network of dealerships, including flagship stores such as Stratford Upon Avon and Albert Embankment, London. Across the network IDP delivers projects ranging from new build to extensive refurbishment schemes with an emphasis on delivering a striking customer experience and optimal functionality for the dealers.
Integral to operations, IDP’s understanding of motorcycle dealer requirements and relationship with customers has inspired designs such as Triumph Stratford Upon Avon’s service reception, a discreet internal courtyard that references the showroom’s industrial heritage and a unique customer journey for those servicing their bike.
IDP has responded to fast adapting briefs such as the relocation of dealership sites, and limitations to invasive works to existing structures, such as at Albert embankment. Projects such as Triumph Bulldog address particular site and client requirements, creating two main entrances to the showroom and converting previous storage spaces into a customer mezzanine, transforming the space into a light filled showroom and space for riders to congregate.
