Summary:

IDP designed this 2000 home pair of villages as part of a larger urban extension east of Aylesbury.

IDP were tasked initially with undertaking contextual analysis and then authoring a comprehensive Design Code to inform the subsequent development of the site.

IDP were retained for the detailed design stage and created the final layout for the new village. In addition to the new homes, this included public open space, provision for a new primary school, a new community facility and a village green in the heart of the development.
